Thank you. I hope I inherited the healthy genes of my grandmother. It’s hard to stick to a healthy lifestyle but procrastination is the hardest. So this year, to keep following through, I’ll take care of my future self at the present.

Congratulations to your centenarian grandmother. It is great milestone achievement as a lot of Filipinos are unable to reach such age. Living longer is a choice in my opinion and can be achieved by lifestyle changes.
