I want to cancel this subscription I don’t even know how I got and charging me 4,995.

I cancelled my TFC subscription with no issues and all. Anyway I subscribed after ABS-CBN shutdown, I'm not anti Pres. Duterte, hello taga Davao kaya ko. Simula nagkaisip ako mayor na tatay Digong sa Davao. And I like how he managed Davao City, anyway hindi din naman ako boto or against sa pag shutdown sa ABS-CBN but, lahat ata ng kilala at favorite kong artista, halos sa ABS-CBN. So I subscribed on TFC and yeah. Still goes well. I cancelled my subscription and its smooth sa panahon ngayon walang dilaw o pula. Kung tutuusin nasa bandila ng Pilipinas ang dalawang kulay na yan.

Same sentiments here!! Grabe! Simula ng na shutdown ang ABS-CBN. I started calling and emailing na sa number nila that I want to terminate my subscription. Pero wala ang useless. Pati email everything is automated reply! Frustrating na kase i have been paying $25 a month but I dont watch or even turn it on anymore. Sana we can complain to someone about this . . . haayyyy.

Hi guys. We’ve finally able to cancel out tfc subscription after many tries. :=) What we did is changed our bank card first so they wont be able to automatically charge it. After doing that, they sent us an email stating that they were unable to withdraw funds and ask us to give them a call to update payment account.

They were so slow to respond when we are trying to cancel but so fast asking for payments. So my mom finally got a hold of them and told them to cancel it effective immediately.

They will try to delay it asking you to pay this pay that but my mom countered it saying they should pay us back because we were trying to cancel it almost 3 months ago. My mom was being kind already paying this months bill just to put an end to this back and forth issue.

In the end, we’ve finally succeeded on cancelling our TFC subscription. What an experience. Now we’re stress free. I hope this helps guys and goodluck!
